A technology partnership built on proven revenue delivery, purpose-built products for every customer segment.
Loyaltee Golf operates three distinct venues, each with clear opportunity: Richmond Park, unlit and ideal for radar-based tracking; Tilgate, high-volume and ready for its next phase of growth; and Castle Point, with significant untapped potential in a demographic we know inside out from our Greenwich site.
Inrange delivers one unified solution across all three — radar technology that works in every condition, a product suite for every customer segment, and a proven track record of growing venue revenue.
The fit goes beyond technology. Richmond Park and Tilgate sit close to our UK offices — meaning hands-on support, fast response times, and a collaborative relationship from day one. Castle Point mirrors our Greenwich catchment, giving us direct insight into what drives engagement there. This portfolio is built for a long-term partnership.
The projected revenue impact: £417,600 per year — backed by case study evidence from every comparable venue that has made this transition. This isn't a cost. It's an investment with a demonstrated return.
Five interconnected products that collectively serve every customer segment - from the solo golfer grinding after work to the corporate group celebrating on a Friday evening. This breadth is the engine behind the revenue uplifts our partner venues deliver.
The tech-forward practice experience. Every session has a purpose and a benchmark to beat next time. Inrange transforms the driving range from a place to hit balls into a structured, data-driven training environment - with real-time shot tracking, virtual targets, and performance analytics that give golfers a reason to come back.
Competitive, social formats that turn a driving range bay into an entertainment experience. Inrange+ is built for groups who want atmosphere, competition, and shared moments — where the leaderboard matters and the stakes feel real. It opens the range to an entirely new demographic of non-traditional golfers and is the single biggest driver of secondary F&B spend. It converts a range visit into a social outing — with food and drink spend that consistently matches bay rental revenue pound for pound.
Purpose-built for corporate events, bay-vs-bay competitions, and large-group entertainment. Teams connects multiple bays into a single coordinated experience — cross-bay leaderboards, branded formats, and real-time scoring that turns a corporate outing into something genuinely memorable. It fills off-peak slots, commands premium pricing, and generates the highest F&B spend per session of any Inrange product.
A structured, progressive practice environment within Inrange that gives serious golfers a reason for purposeful repeat visits. Skills Lab moves beyond open-ended ball-hitting into guided drill sequences that target specific aspects of a player's game - with benchmarks, progression tracking, and the feedback loop that drives genuine improvement and long-term retention.
The mobile ecosystem that keeps players connected between visits. The Inrange App delivers full performance history, club-by-club shot data, the world's first patented Range Handicap, and range leaderboards — giving every player a reason to track progress, compete, and come back. For venues, it's a direct channel for retention, digital marketing, and customer data capture.
The operational command centre for your driving range. Real-time visibility of every bay across every floor, with colour-coded session status, occupancy metrics, and direct bay controls. It replaces guesswork with a live, actionable view of your venue so your team can manage flow, respond to issues, and maximise throughput.
For venues with teaching professionals and coaching programmes, Inrange integrates with industry-leading launch monitors to deliver the full suite of club and ball data that coaches require - without compromising the player-facing experience on the touchscreen.
Launch monitor integration surfaces the complete coaching dataset alongside Inrange's shot tracking: ball speed, club speed, smash factor, spin rate, launch angle, attack angle, club path, and face angle. Everything a PGA professional needs for a data-driven lesson - displayed in real-time on the bay touchscreen or the coach's own device.
Dedicated pro bays can run in coaching mode - combining the launch monitor's club data with Inrange's ball flight and landing position tracking to give students a complete picture of cause and effect. Session data is stored against the player's profile, enabling coaches to track student progress over weeks and months, assign Skills Lab drills for independent practice, and share session summaries directly.
We're not building a better driving range experience. We're building the competitive infrastructure to make range golf a standalone sporting experience - and your venues are the arenas.
Players compete not just within a venue but across the entire Inrange network spanning 18 countries. Rankings, progression, and seasonal events create purpose beyond practice.
Scheduled tour events with handicap categories. Players build identity and community around their home range - returning weekly to climb standings and qualify for championship events.
World Tour players are the most engaged, most frequent, and most loyal segment of any venue's customer base. They anchor daytime and weekday occupancy and drive organic word-of-mouth growth.
Alphawave radar that tracks every shot, in every condition, with no dependency on lighting, weather, or environmental variables.
The most accurate tracking in the world. ±1% data accuracy, independently verified against surveyed landing locations. Tracks every shot type including short chips, badly struck balls, and low-trajectory shots that camera systems routinely miss. Fewer than 1 in 100 shots go untracked.
Inrange is not a cost centre. It is a revenue engine designed to increase the value of every bay hour through tiered pricing, higher occupancy, and new commercial channels that do not exist on a standard driving range.
| Revenue Channel | Mechanism | Impact |
|---|---|---|
| Standard bay rate | Protected pricing for existing golfers, no disruption | Baseline |
| Inrange+ premium rate | Bookable entertainment experience at a higher hourly rate | 1.6-3.7x per bay/hr |
| New demographic | Inrange+ attracts a whole new group of players including social groups, non-golfers, and younger audiences who fill historically quieter periods and are willing to pay more for an entertainment experience | Volume + price increase |
| Events and corporate | Branded team competitions with customisable formats | Premium package rate |
| Campaigns and sponsorship | Venue-branded or sponsor-funded challenges on the platform | New revenue stream |
| F&B attachment | Longer dwell time and group dynamics increase ancillary spend | 1:1 to multiplayer golf spend |
Figures based on documented performance across Inrange partner venues. Actual results vary by market, pricing strategy, and venue format.
The revenue impact is not static. As player data accumulates, venues gain the insight to optimise pricing by time slot, identify their highest-value customer segments, and run targeted retention campaigns. Inrange's reporting layer surfaces which sessions, challenges, and time windows generate the most revenue per bay hour, giving operators the data to make sharper commercial decisions every quarter. This is a fundamentally different operating model to selling buckets of balls at a flat rate.
Existing golfers continue on standard pricing. Inrange practice sessions are competitively priced and positioned as an upgrade to the current experience, not a replacement. There is no risk of alienating your core customer base.
The premium tier, event capability, and new customer segments represent net-new revenue that does not cannibalise existing spend. Every Inrange+ booking is a session that would not have existed on a traditional range.
Each venue has different infrastructure, usage patterns, and growth opportunities. Our approach is tailored to each, designed in partnership with your team to maximise each site's unique strengths.
Richmond Park's unlit range is a clear demonstration of Inrange's advantage. Camera-based tracking systems depend on lighting and degrade at dusk, dawn, or in poor weather. Inrange radar is completely unaffected, delivering consistent, reliable performance in all conditions. That same resilience applies across all three venues, but Richmond Park is where the difference is most visible. Its proximity to Inrange's executive leadership means direct senior visibility on venue performance from day one.
Richmond Park has strong existing demand and a fantastic opportunity to unlock new revenue through technology. As a greenfield installation, the setup is straightforward: trenching, power/data to bays, server room, and internet connectivity are the only pre-install requirements.
Inrange's radar operates independently of lighting, meaning Richmond Park can extend its operating hours into the evening without dependency on floodlights. Tracking continues to work on screen in complete darkness, turning currently unusable hours into sellable bay time. Combined with Inrange+ social sessions, the 24% projected uplift is based on the Willows Run case study, a venue with comparable volume that made the same transition.
Asset ownership: As required by Royal Parks, all hard assets installed in the ground (outfield poles and cabling) become the property of Glendale/Loyaltee Golf at the point of installation. We have agreed to this and confirm it as a standard term for this venue.
Tilgate represents an exciting opportunity to build on your existing technology foundation. Like Richmond Park, Tilgate's proximity to our UK offices allows us to be closely involved throughout the switch and ongoing operations. We understand you're exploring options to further enhance the commercial performance of this venue, and we believe Inrange can help unlock that next level of growth. Venues that have switched to Inrange have consistently seen revenue increases - and we'd be happy to share case studies that illustrate what's possible.
Zero-downtime switchover: Inrange radar tracking is installed and fully calibrated before the switchover date, running in parallel behind the scenes. On switch night, all that's required is for Toptracer to remove their screens and for us to install the Inrange touchscreens — the range opens the next morning on the new system with zero trading hours lost. No range closure required, no disruption to bookings or revenue.
Infrastructure reuse: Tilgate's existing power cabling and network infrastructure installed for Toptracer is compatible and can be reused for Inrange - significantly reducing pre-install scope and cost compared to a greenfield site.
The dual pricing model - Inrange practice sessions at competitive rates, Inrange+ social sessions at 1.6x-3.7x premium - introduces an additional revenue tier that broadens your commercial offering. Combined with Inrange+ Teams for corporate events and bay-vs-bay competitions, Tilgate gains access to an entirely new customer demographic: social groups visiting evenings and weekends who consistently deliver 1:1 F&B-to-bay-rental spend ratios, generating significantly higher total revenue per session alongside your existing customer base.
Castle Point's current volume reflects a range with significant growth potential. We're fully aligned with the phased approach of beginning with 10 bays: it's commercially pragmatic and allows us to build a sustainable growth story together, proving the value before expanding further.
The growth lever is improving the core golfer experience first. Giving every player real data on every shot, progress tracking, and reasons to return more often. Venues of a similar scale, including Morpeth and Swadlincote, have seen significant growth after partnering with Inrange. Once that foundation is in place, Inrange+ social gaming and Teams events open the door to attracting the non-golfer demographic, expanding Castle Point's addressable market beyond its current base.
Phased pricing: As part of the three-site commitment, we will price the Castle Point 10-bay phase at the same per-bay rate as Richmond Park - giving you a low-risk entry point to prove the model before expanding. Phase 2 expansion to 19 bays is triggered at your discretion, with incremental touchscreen cost only since radar infrastructure and cabling will already be in place. This makes the expansion extremely attractive: the expensive infrastructure work is done, so adding 9 bays is a marginal cost with significant revenue upside.
Two pricing models designed to align our commercial interests with yours. Zero upfront cost under both options - everything is included in the monthly fee.
Against a combined projected revenue uplift of £35,000 per month across all three venues, the monthly technology fee represents a compelling return on investment. The question is not which system costs less per month. The question is which system generates more revenue per month.
| Venue | Bays | Option A — Flat Monthly Lease | Option B — Revenue Growth Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| Richmond Park | 20 | £3,600/month | £1,500/month + 25% growth share |
| Tilgate Forest | 29 | £4,300/month | £2,900/month + 25% growth share |
| Castle Point (Phase 1) | 10 | £2,150/month | £1,000/month + 25% growth share |
| Castle Point (Phase 2) | 19 | £2,850/month | £1,500/month + 25% growth share |
| Combined (3-site bundle) | 59–68 | £10,050–£10,750/month | £5,400–£5,900/month + 25% growth share |
Every single venue that has switched to Inrange from any competitor - Toptracer or Trackman - has grown revenue. No other supplier can demonstrate this track record.
